I had a spell where I took down almost all of my art, not liking it, not wanting others to see it and not feeling inspired to do anything new.
But I was looking through some of my old art and thought I should appreciate that while a great deal of my stuff was rubbish, there were some good things that I should appreciate for what they are. And that's gotten me to put up some old stuff and some new. It's been hard to get going and getting back into my art, having moved away from all the people I love and across the sea, and I lost a very important friend who was a major inspiration in my art and my life and it was a little tough getting past t

November has begun, and with it has come a wave of mustaches! Amusingly when I met a guy yesterday that my best friend had mooned over for a good few months, and I wasn't entirely sure if she was being serious. Then I remembered the whole 'grow a mustache to raise awareness for something!' thing going on at the moment. It's definetly worth a good laugh.
In other news, art has been happening more lately. I got a wonderful new pen tablet from a very wonderful person, and so my lazines has not kept me from being able to submitt new stuff (I love sketching in a drawing book, but I can never be bothered to scan those pictures in!) and to continue

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... It's been a long time! This time, however, I can safely say I've actually added tomy gallery! Huzzuh! Most of them have a theme of the same colours (Mostly because they were all done relitively closely to each other and all with the same pens... But I've been having lots of fun! I've just started Uni (first day ever today... I'm one of those adorable and yet annoying first years) and I can already feel the creative juice flowing. Well, for my art anyway.
